We have a 24-hour standby team to respond to any emergency and essential service swiftly, minimising any downtime. Upgrading/refurbishment works are supervised by us to ensure that works are carried out according to requirements and within the time-frame.
We offer complete administrative coordination and advisory support to our clients and respective lessees, from screening prospective tenants, negotiating leases, vetting of tenancies, ensuring hand-overs/take-overs are handled professionally and acting on extensions and terminations of leases.
Ensure monthly rental is paid up on time and enforce penalties for late payment.
We prepare our clients’ tax returns and/or any other requirements and requests from the government and/or statutory bodies.
And advice on compliance matters with the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act and Land Titles (Strata) Act.
We provide personalized housekeeping and home management services:
- arranging for general cleaning of the property, dry-cleaning of curtains / upholstery periodically per owners’ instructions, and supervising the works
- scheduling quarterly air-conditioning servicing
- liaising with handymen to fix defects, leakages and others
- being on stand-by to welcome owners’ and their guests at all times
purchasing daily necessities (eg groceries) and running day-to-day errands
